• The touch capacitive buttons on the scale will not collect kitchen dust or food particles and can be easily wiped clean.

• Press the HOLD button to lock in the last recorded weight into the LED display. The weight remains visible even when the bowl or container is removed.

• The Tare feature allows users to weigh all ingredients into one container by zeroing out weights in-between additions. It can also be used to zero the weight of any container before adding food.
